Are you a believer in the adage "Bigger isn't always Better"?  In the case of the traditional Los Altos 4th of July morning parade, circumstances have told us this is the case.  Submitting a permit request to the city took a simple project and made it complicated, time-consuming and expensive.  With that being said please review the flyer below for information on the "July 4 Promenade"
You couldn't ask for a better way to kick off Independence Day; there is red, white and blue galore, the little ones in the decorated wagons will be sure to put a smile on your face,  and you will find enjoyable community camaraderie.  http://youtu.be/xeUDcSh-32A
