Shred Event Raises Nearly $2K for Stanford Middle School
The Stanford Shred and E-Waste was a total success thanks to everyone's generous donations. Cash donations for the shredding totaled $1300 while the electronic waste is sure to bring in another $600.
Although the Michele K Home Selling Team coordinates and has a terrific time working the event, it would not be possible without the help of Sergeant Shredder Inc out of Irvine. Dan Hartnett, the owner operator of this highly reputable shredding firm, contributes his time and energy to making each of our events a super success. We ask you to remember Sergeant Shredder for any and all your shredding needs.
Also we would like to send a special thank you out to Dr. Costa and Perry for allowing us the use of the school site and having everything ready to go early Saturday morning. Thanks to parent Rick (never did get a last name) and Stanford Student Matt McCarthy for volunteering to help in the E-Waste.
We look forward to seeing you at our next Shred Event at Wilson High School on November 1 from 9 to 1. The Girls Academy is the organization that will help work the event and benefit from all funds raised.
